As a Field Staff Team member, you’ll receive a unique referral code or reference link. Share it with your friends, family, and community. When someone joins or makes a purchase using your code or reference link, you earn referral credits. We’re committed to setting you up for success, offering training and helpful tip videos on effectively sharing your code for maximum referrals.
Referral payouts occur quarterly (every 3 months). You’ll receive monthly summaries of your payout account balance via email. We’ll verify your contact information and notify you when your check is on its way! As always you can reach out to us with Questions! Below are the ways you can earn Referral CASH Through our Field Staff Team member Affiliate Program!
Apparel Store:
Anytime that you refer someone to our www.feathernettoutdoorstore.com apparel website, and they use your unique discount code, you will earn a 10% Commission on the total gross revenue generated from the sale!

Outfitting Referrals
We at FeatherNett Outdoors Take alot of Pride in Outfitting Business. While we do provide our Hunt Connector Program, we do offer Semi-Guided Hunts on some Premier Hunting Property in South-East Ohio! This is a Nation-Wide Field Staff Team, and not everyone will have equal opportunity for Our Outfitting referrals, but anyone that refers hunters to our Outfitting Business will earn $150/Hunter that is referred! Outfitting Lease Referrals
Again, with our Outfitting Business, we are always looking for new opportunities to serve Passionate Hunters! Not everyone will have equal opportunity to refer us to land for our Outfitting Expansion. For any Team Member that refers us to land that FeatherNett Outdoors Leases, will get $250! Some properties will be leased exclusively for Field Staff Team Member Events, and Hunting Opportunities! Some land will be used towards our Outfitting Business!

Fishing Tournament Referrals
Our Field Staff Program might be for Passionate Whitetail Deer Hunters, but we also know that we will have a bunch of Passionate Anglers on the Team as well! FeatherNett Outdoors Hosts an Online Fishing Tournament, with Awesome Prizes! Anyone that you get to Enter into our Online Fishing Tournament, will earn you $10/Entry! With the benefits, and perks that you get with this fishing tournament will make it easy to get entry referrals!

Hunting Partner Referrals
We are grateful for every one of our Team Members, and we put in a lot of Time, Money, and hard work to make our Field Staff Team Members Program a place that Hunters can Learn, Grow, Earn money, Save money, Develop skills to be more successful, and win awesome Prizes!
We want every Hunter that is apart of our Team to enjoy the community and relationships that are built through our program. We also hope that we can continue to add partners to help save our Team Members money on different products, and services within the Hunting Industry! Anyone that refers a Partner to FeatherNett Outdoors, will be credited with $50/Partner in the referral Pay-Out account!
